Every GetAFix customer signs in on its own private workspace. Here is how to reach yours — on the web or on the GetAFix app.
On a computer
Open your company’s GetAFix workspace address in Chrome or Edge — usually yourcompany.getafixapp.com — and sign in with your username and password.
On a phone or tablet
Install the GetAFix app from Google Play and sign in with the same account.
Forgot your password?
Ask your company administrator to reset it. Administrators can contact GetAFix support for help.
Don’t know your workspace address?
Check your welcome email or ask your manager. Support can confirm it after verifying your company.

GetAFix login — questions
Open the GetAFix web address your company administrator gave you (it usually looks like yourcompany.getafixapp.com) and sign in with your username and password. On a phone or tablet, install the GetAFix app from Google Play and sign in with the same credentials.

Your company administrator can reset your password from GetAFix user management. If you are the administrator, contact GetAFix support on WhatsApp or by email and we will verify you and help you regain access.
Yes. The GetAFix app for Android is available on Google Play. It is used for customer check-in, job cards, photos and job updates, and signs in with the same account as the web application.
GetAFix is built and operated by Evenforce Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Bengaluru, India. It is not connected to other companies with similar names. The only official websites are getafixapp.com and evenforce.com.
GetAFix runs over HTTPS on Google Cloud with role-based access control, so each user only sees what their role allows. Never share your password; GetAFix staff will never ask for it.
