A real distribution network has four layers. So does GetAFix.
Every layer has different jobs to be done — and different people doing them. We built a separate cockpit for each, with the right data, the right authority, and the right device — and we wired them so the layers actually talk to each other.
OEM / HQ
Country Head, Zonal & Regional Managers
Sets KPIs · Defines master data · Watches the country rollup
Distributor
Distributor owner & territory team
Runs inventory · Approves POs · Allocates supervisors · Watches dealers
Dealer / Store
Dealer principal & service advisors
Hits KPIs · Tracks footfall · Closes job cards · Owns customer experience
Supervisor / Team Lead
On the floor, on the phone
Records walk-ins · Updates job cards · Tracks time · Pulls reports
The Country Head opens the dashboard. The conversation is about action — not data collection.
Different stakeholders inside the OEM — Country Head, Zonal Manager, Regional Manager, Area Manager — each see what their span of control needs. Real-time rollup, trend analysis, slice-and-dice. The numbers are already there; the meeting is about what to do.
Define your KPIs
Set Key Performance Indicators for distributors and dealers — footfall, conversion, avg ticket, CSI, attach rate, service-package mix. Targets cascade down; actuals roll up live.
Master Data Management
Manage SKUs, prices, packages and the distributor-to-dealer map from one place. Update once at HQ; the change propagates everywhere — instantly, with audit trail.
Stakeholder hierarchy
Country Head, Zonal Manager, Regional Manager, Area Manager — each role with their own login, scope of visibility, and approval authority. Mirror your real org.
Real-time dashboards
Live country rollup with trend analysis. Slice and dice by zone, region, distributor, dealer, SKU, package, week, day. Build your own reports without filing an IT ticket.
The distributor runs the territory. The platform makes that runnable.
Dashboard of every dealer, employee and supervisor — daily. Inventory across the territory, procurement with multi-level approvals, GRN matched. The distributor stops being a spreadsheet operator and starts being an operator.
Distributor dashboard
All your dealers, employees and supervisor performance — daily, in one screen. Drill from territory to dealer to a specific job card without leaving the dashboard.
Manage employees & supervisors
Create, scope and re-assign supervisors and dealer-side employees. Permissions are role-based; transfers between dealers preserve full audit history.
Allocate supervisors to dealers
Assign supervisors to one or many dealers, with the right scope of authority. Re-balancing the territory is a couple of clicks — no offline spreadsheets.
Inventory across dealers
Real-time stock visibility for every SKU at every dealer. Auto-replenishment triggers, distributor → dealer transfers, and dead-stock routing — no more parallel Excel files.
Procurement with approvals
Complete PO workflow — raise, approve (multi-level), GRN match, exception handling. ASM raises, RSM approves, HO releases — fully digital, fully traceable.
Customisable reports
Build the reports your business actually needs — by SKU, by package, by day, by ASM, by territory. No predefined templates to fight; export to PDF, Excel, CSV.

Hit the targets. See the variance. Act on the alert.
Set KPIs for the dealership, monitor KPI vs Actual, watch footfall and conversion month-on-month, and let the system flag what needs attention. The dealer principal stops opening Excel; they open GetAFix.
KPI vs Actual
Targets set by HQ; actuals captured by the dealer. Variance flagged in green / amber / red on the dealer dashboard — the conversation starts where the variance is.
Real-time dashboard
Daily updates, monitored live by the dealer principal. Footfall, conversion, avg ticket, CSI, MoM comparison — all visible without anybody filing a report.
Footfall & conversion
Track walk-ins by department, conversion to job card, and month-on-month trend. Spot the weak day, the weak department, the weak service advisor — before quarter-end.
Alert-driven workflow
Focus only on issues the system flags. Dropping conversion, falling CSI, parts about to stock out — the dealer principal's day starts with a punch list, not an inbox.

The cockpit on the floor — in your supervisor's pocket.
Login on the phone, choose the allocated dealer, record footfall by department, update job cards with what was sold or applied, time-track the technician, and pull a report — all without finding a desk. The supervisor is where the work is.
Login via mobile app
Supervisors log in on the phone, pick the allocated dealer, and start the day. No laptop, no desk, no "let me get back to my computer".
Record footfall by department
Capture every walk-in under the right department — service, detailing, parts, accessories. The dealer dashboard reflects it within seconds.
Update job cards on the floor
Mark services started, products applied or sold, time tracked, technician assigned. The job card moves with the bay, not with the paper.
Download reports on the go
Daily, weekly, monthly — the supervisor pulls their own report from the phone. No "wait for the area manager to send the deck on Sunday night".

The grind of running a distributor + dealer network — and how GetAFix takes it off the plate
Six things that change when the whole network is one platform
A network is not a stack of independents stapled together. We built GetAFix that way too.
Enhanced visibility & tracking
Each tier — manufacturer, distributor, dealer, supervisor — gets enhanced visibility into its specific operations, with the role-scoped lens that makes the view useful instead of overwhelming.
Improved accountability
Specific roles, specific responsibilities, and a clear job-card trail for every task performed. There is no ambiguity about who did what, when, and at which dealer.
Streamlined operations
The hierarchical structure of the platform allows information and tasks to flow downstream cleanly. Manufacturers disseminate SOPs and SKU updates to distributors and dealers in one push.
Data-driven decision making
Comprehensive analytics and slice-and-dice reporting at every tier. Managers at all levels make decisions backed by data — not by the loudest area manager on the call.
Enhanced customer service
Dealers monitor footfall and job cards to understand customer needs and behaviour. Service reminders, packages and repeat-visit cadences fire on time — every customer, every dealer.
Scalability & flexibility
Grow from 10 dealers to 1,000 without rewriting the operating model. Multi-dealer, multi-distributor, multi-zone — with role-based access that adapts as the network adapts.
Wherever the role is, GetAFix runs.
Same software on the supervisor's phone, the dealer's tablet, the distributor's laptop and the country head's monitor. Different lens — driven by login scope.

Tablet — every dealer service desk
Same job-card and customer-onboarding screens at every dealer. New supervisor doesn't learn a new interface — they pick up where the last one left off.
Laptop — distributor & area manager
Dealers see their store, distributors see their territory, ASMs see their cluster. Same software, different lens — driven by login scope.
Kiosk — dealer customer lounge
Live job status by registration number on a wall display. Customers self-serve; receptionists answer real questions instead of "what's my status?"
Phone — supervisor & country head
The supervisor on the dealer floor and the Country Head in an airport lounge run the same platform — different views, same source of truth.
The data is yours. The cloud is yours. The audit trail is ours to maintain.
GetAFix is cloud-agnostic — runs on AWS, Azure, GCP or on-prem. Bring your own database licence (Postgres, MySQL, MS-SQL) and keep the data inside your VPC. Stream operational data into Snowflake, BigQuery or Redshift; land raw data in S3 / ADLS / GCS as Parquet. Every action is audit-logged, every role-scope respected.

Before GetAFix · After GetAFix
Eight things that move when an entire distributor + dealer network runs on one operating platform.
“Running 100-plus franchise stores used to mean chasing every area manager for their weekly numbers. Today the Country Head just opens the dashboard — every store, every product, every manager — and the conversation is about action, not data collection.”
Distributors & nested dealers — what people ask before they buy
Nested Dealers is GetAFix for multi-tier distribution networks where an OEM (or a brand) operates through Distributors, who in turn operate through their own Dealers, each with Supervisors and Team Leads on the floor. The OEM solution focuses on the OEM ↔ Dealer relationship; Nested Dealers adds the Distributor tier in between, with full data isolation per distributor, scoped employee management, and territory-level rollups. If your model has at least three tiers between the brand and the customer, Nested Dealers is the right fit.
Three patterns we see most often. (1) Auto-aftermarket OEMs running detailing, lubricants, cleaning, accessories or coating brands through distributor + dealer networks. (2) Manufacturers of consumables/services that ride on a partner network — every dealer is independent, but the brand experience must be consistent. (3) Master-franchisors with regional sub-franchisees who themselves operate multiple stores. The world's largest passenger-vehicle detailing brand runs 100+ franchise stores in India on this exact pattern.
Each distributor has their own data scope; their dealers and employees are theirs. The OEM sees a rolled-up view across distributors but cannot drill into a competing distributor's margin or commercial terms. Each role — Country Head, Zonal Manager, Regional Manager, Area Manager, Distributor Owner, Dealer Principal, Supervisor — has a login with explicit, audit-logged scope. We can also operate in "shared SKU master, isolated commercials" mode if you need it.
Yes. KPIs are configurable at OEM, distributor and dealer level. You can set targets centrally and let them cascade, or allow distributors to set dealer targets within bounds. Footfall, conversion, avg ticket, CSI, attach rate, service-package mix — all native KPIs. Custom KPIs (e.g., "% of cars that opt for premium package") are configurable without code.
SKUs, packages, prices, service catalogues and SOPs live at the OEM (or distributor, depending on your model). When HQ updates a price or SOP, it propagates to every dealer instantly — with version history, effective dates, and an acknowledgement trail. No more "the Pune dealer is still on last quarter's pricing".
Multi-level approval out of the box. A dealer or distributor raises a PO; it routes through ASM → RSM → HO (or whichever ladder you configure). GRN is matched against the PO line items, exceptions are flagged, and partial / over-receipts trigger their own workflow. Every step is digital, time-stamped, and reportable.
Same platform, mobile-optimised view. The supervisor logs in with their identity, picks the allocated dealer (some supervise multiple), and gets a tailored screen — choose dealer, record footfall by department, update job cards, time-track the technician, close out the job. Reports are downloadable on the phone.
Stock is tracked per dealer. The distributor sees aggregated stock across their dealers, with auto-replenishment triggers based on velocity. When a dealer's consumable hits a reorder point, a transfer or PO is raised automatically. HO (or the OEM) can route slow-moving stock from one dealer to another via inter-dealer transfers, with full audit.
Yes — that's the most common configuration. Dealers run their own pricing, their own staff, their own customer relationships. What the OEM and distributor get is a consistent operating platform, real-time KPI visibility, and brand-standard SOPs. Dealer commercials remain the dealer's.
Slice-and-dice reporting at every tier. Country Head builds country reports, ASM builds territory reports, dealer principals build dealer-specific reports. We provide a curated library of pre-built reports plus a self-service builder — drag-and-drop dimensions, filters, exports. No SQL, no IT ticket.
A master dealer template at HQ holds the SKUs, packages, services, roles and SOPs. A new dealer is cloned from this template and customised for territory specifics. Most dealers are live in 5 – 10 days end-to-end, including data import. Compare that to the typical 2 – 3 months of bespoke setup.
Yes. GetAFix is cloud-agnostic — runs on AWS, Azure, GCP or on-prem. You can bring your own database licence (Postgres, MySQL, MS-SQL) and keep the data inside your VPC. We also stream operational data into your warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) or lake (S3/ADLS/GCS as Parquet/Iceberg) so your analytics team can use the stack they already own.
Every action — login, permission change, PO approval, KPI target update, master-data edit — is logged with who, when, from where and from which device. The audit log is queryable and exportable. We support SAML / OIDC for enterprise SSO and have role-scoped logs for compliance reviews.
A typical 100-dealer network goes live in three phases over 6 – 10 weeks. Phase 1: HQ + 5 pilot dealers (2 – 3 weeks). Phase 2: scale to 30 dealers (next 2 – 3 weeks). Phase 3: rest of the network (final 2 – 4 weeks). The bottleneck is usually data migration from legacy systems, not the software itself — we run that in parallel.
We migrate it. Free data migration is included in every paid plan. We pull from spreadsheets, legacy DMS, POS exports, paper records (where it's feasible), and stand them up in GetAFix as the canonical record. Data quality issues (duplicate customers, inconsistent SKU codes) are surfaced and resolved during onboarding, not after.
