Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GetAFix website and services provided by Evenforce Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to breach security, reverse engineer, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

3. Subscription and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) are additional.

4. Customer data

You retain all ownership of the data you enter into GetAFix. We process it on your behalf to deliver the service and will never sell it.

5. Service levels

Enterprise customers receive a contractual uptime SLA of 99.9%. Starter and Growth plans are provided on a commercially reasonable best-effort basis.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination you can export your data for 90 days; after that it is deleted from active systems.

7. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, unless local law mandates otherwise.
