No. The app is 100% yours — your logo, your colours, your App Store listing, your privacy policy. GetAFix is invisible to end users.

Yes. The app is published under your own developer accounts so you legally own it. We handle the submission, review and updates on your behalf.

Absolutely. Service packages, time slots, deposit rules, location-specific pricing — configurable per branch.

You keep the app. The underlying GetAFix backend turns off, but your app stays in the stores under your developer account. No hostage-taking.

Typical launch is 2-3 weeks from the moment you sign off on brand assets. The longest step is the App Store and Play Store review (3-7 days each) — we handle the submission, screenshots and review responses for you.

Yes. Per-branch pricing, time slots, service advisors and contact info are all configurable from a single admin console. Customers see the right branch based on location or their selection at booking.

We do. OS-compatibility patches, security updates and regular feature releases are pushed automatically — no work on your end. You'll be notified of major releases before they ship.

If you use GetAFix Workshop Management or Dealer Management, the consumer app talks to them out of the box. For third-party DMS or workshop tools, we offer a REST API and CSV import to keep customer and vehicle data in sync.

You do. Customer profiles, vehicle records, service history and all PII belong to your business — exportable any time, and deletable on cancellation per GDPR / DPDP norms.

Yes. Bring them in via CSV or a direct migration from most common DMS / WMS tools. We handle the field mapping so your customers retain their full service history from day one.
